Breakfast - Smoothie and brownie recipe

1 avocado

2 bananas

1/2 carrot

1 tea spoon of flax seeds

1 coffee spoon of spirulina

1 pear

Water from 1 fresh coconut

1 small piece of ginger

1 hand of fresh mint from the garden

1/3 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp chocolate powder (Cacau)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg
1/2 cup of mixed buckwheat flour and oats

Zest of 1/2 orange

Pinch of salt

Melt the coconut oil with the Cacau powder in a

saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, being sure not to burn. Remove from heat and pour into mixing bowl to cool. Whisk in the vanilla to the chocolate oil mix and whisk well the egg.

Then add in the flour, orange zest and salt.

Pour batter into the greesed pan, and bake for 5-7 minutes until brownies come away at the edges. Leave to cool in the pan and cut into slices.
