Looking for the first time

One of this days, I was putting up my clothes to dry in the sun, and after doing so, I stopped and looked around. I had the sensation of looking at this place as if it was the first time I saw it, as if I had first arrived here and absorbed something new.

I quickly realized how often I don't even look at my surroundings! Or if I do, I do not see. As I have so many ideas of what I'm going to see, because I already know, I see it every day. Because there is a story between me and this place.
Just like I do sometimes with my body.

Often we lose ourselves in mundane tasks, letting go of the beauty of the simplicity of this same task. Or a destructive thought, or a thought of superiority or inferiority, or proud actions.

A place is a place.
A task is a task.
A person is a person.
A body is a body.

Simple and pure.

You are you.
Simply.
Your body is your body.
Simply.

Do you look at your body?
Do you look at your body with preconceived ideas?
When was the last time you looked at yourself and liked what you saw?

Did you appreciate yourself, not getting lost in self-pejorative details?

Do you look at yourself like it's the first time you see yourself?
