To meditate more than usual

To rest

To deep rest

Not stoping the mind, but stoping the identification with anything that arises from the mind

As I am not anything of that

As I stop, I can see better and deeper

Stopping the craziness

Just stopping being somebody

First day of bleeding - a true invitation to stop

And to care

For the body, mine and the comunal one

Gentleness

Love

Awareness

And depth
