Starting the day in the garden while is fresh!
Amongst other harvest, I picked some fruit and greens for breakfast.
So I could make a delicious and healthy smoothie.
Physalis, grapes, wild greens (nettles, plantain, watercress, wild radish, white campion) and banana from Madeira, an apple and 1/2 avocado.
Spirulina, clorela, rice protein powder.
Peanut butter and coconut as topping.

So good!
