Unfortunately, for sanitary purposes, because of the nature of some of our products (made-to-order health & beauty), we cannot accept returns on those items (non-refundable or exchangeable).
However, customer satisfaction is very important to me. In the rare event that your product is faulty, please contact me directly at raquelperdigaowilliams@gmail.com.
WE GLADLY ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.

-We accept paypal, and the other payments methods accepted by this website, if you want another method of payment please contact me!
-Payment must be done within 3 days of your purchase, if you're having trouble making the payment please contact me; if the payment is not done within this 3 days without contacting me, I reserve my right to cancel the purchase.
- I accept reservations or custom requests, the purchase must be done in the next 3 days of the reservation, if not I reserve our right to release the product back to our shop. To reserve an item I will ask the name of the person and we will write it on the title of the reserved item.
- To Portugal I also accept bank transfer.
If I haven't received the Paypal confirmation of payment in 3 business days the trasaction will be cancelled and the item(s) will be relisted.

If an order is damaged during shipping, you must notify me within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and the damage must be verified by the carrier.

All items shipped from Portugal via CTT (Portuguese Post).
PORTUGAL : We ship with registered priority mail (with traking number).

- National shipments (inside Portugal) sent by normal mail without Tracking Number.

ADDRESS:
Shipping will be made to the address provided by Etsy and not the one on your Paypal. Please make sure that the address you select for delivery is the one you expect the item to be shipped to.
DELIVERY:
Delivery time varies and depends solely on the post office so I cant`t give you an exact time frame. Sometimes unexpected delays may occur.
Please note that I can`t be responsible to what happens to your package after I shipped it!
CUSTOMS
I am not accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur in your packages shipment.
TERM
Awakened Body is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Not received shipping orders will not be resend.
Returned orders will be refunded excepting real shipping costs.
